Kurt Hollenberg, Broker/Owner  Kurt’s involvement in the family farming operation for the past 30 years has provided a strong foundation for his work as an agent dealing with agricultural properties.  Working in the real estate business since 1996, his knowledge base has expanded to include development, commercial, and recreational properties which often involves situations focusing on planning and zoning, 1031exchanges, government programs, lease options, and wetland mitigations, among others.  During his time with the East Central Missouri Board of Realtors, Kurt was awarded four Pinnacle Awards (sales of 5 million) and the prestigious Summit Award (sales of 11 million) in 2005. In 2006, Kurt's first year with United Country—Missouri Land & Home, he ranked 23rd in the nation, as a sales associate with the franchise, further illustrating his professional care and expertise with each project.  Kurt stepped into the owner/broker leadership position in 2007 and is currently the broker/owner of Missouri Land & Home.

Richard Henke, Auctioneer/Sales Associate  Richard, a 37 year resident of the Mexico area, is a well-known professional auctioneer, specializing in real estate and personal property. He graduated from the Missouri Auction School in 1969 and obtained his real estate salesperson license in 1995.  In addition to his own successful auction business, Henke is a livestock field representative and auctioneer for the Eastern Missouri Commission Company, Bowling Green, MO.

Michael Cunningham, Auctioneer/Sales Associate  Michael was born and raised in rural Randolph County where he currently resides. He is actively involved in agriculture with his main focus being on cattle and poultry. After receiving a General Agriculture degree from Moberly Area Community College, Michael found a way to associate his love of agriculture with his other passion, auctions. In June of 2005 Michael graduated from Missouri Auction School and began working at Callaway Livestock Center in Kingdom City and Lolli Brothers Livestock Market in Macon. Since then he has broadened his auctioning from just livestock to personal property, equipment, farm sales, charity auctions, and real estate. With an extensive knowledge of auctions of all types and the latest auction methods, Michael is ready to assist you with all your auction and real estate needs.

David Hollenberg, Auctioneer/Sales Associate Being a graduate of Missouri Auction School, as well as a licensed real estate salesperson, David utilizes his past experiences in both the agriculture business and the transportation industry when working with customers regarding commercial and agricultural properties.  David trained at ITT for auto & diesel mechanics providing a valuable knowledge base regarding a wide range of equipment maintenance & sales.  In his free time, he enjoys hunting and riding horses with his family.

Jerry Lehmann , Auctioneer/Broker Born December 15, 1953 and raised on a purebred livestock and grain farm in Pleasant Plains, Illinois, Jerry attended Missouri Military Academy J. ROTC from 1968-1970. There he was awarded Soldier's Bar and Superior Cadet, plus was a member of Military Police and National Champion Drill Team. Jerry then graduated from Pleasant Plains High School in 1972. In 1975, he graduated from Hawkeye College, Waterloo, Iowa with an Associate's Degree in Animal Science there he was also a Championship Jr. Collegiate Livestock Judge. Jerry farmed in Missouri through the late 1970's and early 1980's. In 1981, he completed the course of study at World Wide College of Auctioneering, Mason City, Iowa. Then in 1986 he began a 25 year uninterrupted commitment to the auction industry selling purebred livestock, land, machinery, and homes. He has conducted over 1,750 auctions in 36 states and Canada and averaged $15 million in annual sales from 2000-2011. Jerry is a licensed auctioneer in 9 states and a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas. SELLING THE LAND AND EVERYTHING ON IT!
